Greg Hurst brings out the potential in clients, helping them achieve greater business success and a healthier life balance.
A prodigious business leader and entrepreneur, Greg rose from a position in advertising sales to become vice president of a billion-dollar media company by the age of 25. By age 29, he was president of the company and launching a $50million venture capital fund. He went on to become the corporate limited partner of a $500 million fund including such household names as American Express, Motorola, and GE Capital.
Greg is the ideal business and executive coach for driven professionals who are searching for an objective and experienced advisor. In addition to nearly two decades of corporate experience leading two Fortune 500-level companies, he has proven himself a savvy entrepreneur with four successful start-ups under his belt. As a result of his venture capital experience, Greg has evaluated thousands of business plans and met with hundreds of entrepreneurs. This experience instilled in him the ability to objectively gauge their effectiveness and find potential in many types of companies.
A testament to his ability and drive to succeed under any circumstance, Greg was recruited to serve as president of a major commercial construction company on the brink of bankruptcy. He embraced the challenge, and in one year turned the company around and made it profitable again.
Greg credits his accomplishments in part to the use of a business coach, and believes so strongly in the value of coaching he continues to use a Business Coach even as he coaches others.
