A Unique and Powerful Group Coaching Program

BusinessBuilder™ is a group coaching program in which participants meet twice monthly with a group of like-minded business owners and executives to work ON their business, plan for success, and be accountable for results.

The cirriculum covers all of the key areas of Action's "6 Step Model" of Business Success. Each 90-minute session is led by a Certified Business Coach, focuses on a particular area of business success and is comprised of:

  • Approximately 30-45 minutes of Business Coaching, generally on a specific topic (such as Marketing, Financial Reporting, Testing and Measuring, etc.
  • 15-20 Minutes discussing a real-world challenge and/or opportunity from one of the group participant in which peer support and advice is moderated by the Coach.
  • Peer discussion centered around the day's topic or other pertinent issues.
  • Informal networking among participants.

BusinessBuilder™ is not a leads or networking group. In fact, ActionCOACH strongly encourages participants to also join and become actively involved in a referral and networking group such as BNI.

Instead, BusinessBuilder™ is intended to be a powerful Business Coaching program facilitated by at least one experienced and certified Business Coach with at least 20 years relevant experience in the business marketplace.

At approximately $100 per month, BusinessBuilder™ is a cost-effective method to get into serious Business Coaching and see massive results in your business.  

We have several different types of BusinessBuilders:

General BusinessBuilder™: This is a general mix of Business Owners or Executives from all different industries in which you receive the benefit of a variety of opinions and advice.

Niche BusinessBuilder™: This BusinessBuilder is geared around a particular niche such as Insurance, Referal
Others are geared around a specific niche, such as Insurance, Referall Marketing Businesses, etc. These latter programs are generally sponsored by the parent organization and are comprised of business owners, referall marketers, and/or franchisees all from a particular business. For instance, a BusinessBuilder may be built around a specific insurance company in which all the participants are with that same company.

Another very unique program we sponsor is our Christian BusinessBuilder™, entitled Christianity in Business: Faith, Purpose, and Profit™ which is a coaching program with a special cirriculum centered around scripture as well as the writings of Pastor Rick Warren, John Maxwell, and others. While this program also focuses on building a profitable business, it also deals head-on with the real-world issues that Christians face in the today's marketplace and quandaries which Christian businesspeople have shared with us (such as "Is it possible to 'swim with the sharks' and remain ethical?"
